Registration is OPEN for Teton Con 2014!

Register soon, space is limited for Teton Con 2014 and we expect to fill up!

Please fill out the form for each guest attending.

Shortly after we receive your registration information we will send you a paypal invoice for a $200 per person non-refundable deposit.  The deposit is due within 7 days of your registration.

Final payment invoices will be sent out January 1st, 2014 and will be due no later than March 1st, 2014.  There are no refunds after March 1st, 2014.

In the fall we will send all groups a housing survey that requests much more detailed information.

Shared condos will have at least two groups in them (most commonly two or more couples).  Each group/couple will have a private bedroom, but will share the common areas.  Teton Con 2013 used this setup and the guests really liked that they immediately knew someone else at the convention.

Singles in a shared condo will have a private room with either a queen bed or two doubles.

Couples in a shared condo will have a queen bed in a private room.

Groups of 2 or more in a shared condo will have one bed per person, but will likely share rooms.

Everyone in a Hotel Room has the choice of two Queen beds or a King bed.  There is no food service in the Hotel Rooms, other than the resort's room service.  Groups of 2 or more that prefer multiple Hotel Rooms should contact us for pricing, which will be affected.

Families will have private condos between 2 and 4 bedrooms.  Each member of the family will have their own bed, except couples within the family which will have a queen bed.
